  1. What are you doing that’s working
    Rather than get sidetracked by the shiny new object, look at what’s working in your business right now.
    Double down on that, optimize, rinse and repeat
  2. What’s not working
    I’ve seen too many small businesses waste precious time and resources on things that aren’t working.
    Free up your time from these activities.
  3. Given the answer to both of those questions, what should you focus on as a result in the next 90 days?
    Put a plan together that outlines what you should continue doing and what you need to stop doing…before you start something new.
