Oooh! I came across this amazing patisserie via Oh Joy!’s blog. Spain’s Bubo creates sweets into beautiful sculptures. Pastry Chef Charles Mampel has been bestowed with some of the most prestigious international awards – and it’s not hard to see why. His 3 stores, which are all located in Barcelona, showcase his wares through a combination of minimalistic design and exotic, spicy colors. Each dessert encased in viewing cabinets – much like a jewellry boutique.
And his amazing parfaits are visually breathtaking. I just love how beautiful the layers look structured into graphic shapes and contained within clear glass cups.
