Doesn’t this bookshop in Beijing China, named Kids Republic, make you want to be a kid again? From the juicy colors that remind me of fruity candy to the roller coaster bookshelves to the incredible kid-friendly seating pods throughout to the use of pure white – it’s a visual wonderland. All of these pictures inspire me because they didn’t take “kids” and “library” literally – otherwise we’d be looking at pictures of fairy tales sketched on walls and soft pastels. Instead they modernized the essence of childhood. Well done!
Love the essence of what Asia has to offer. Wish we had more of that here. Cool post.
